【Yokohama YMCA】Fujisan YMCA SDGs Camp 2026

Make Friends in Japan and broden your horizons!

With the SDGs as our theme, participants will learn about challenges facing Japan, the world, and their local communities through a variety of hands-on activities. Additionally, through these team-based experiences and learning, participants will develop action plans—both individually and as a team—that they can put into practice in their daily lives.

August 11 (Tue) – August 15 (Sat) | 4 nights, 5 days

Fujisan YMCA Global Eco Village 

Adress: 1423 Hara, Fujinomiya, Shizuoka, Japan

Transportation

Yokohama YMCA will provode a chartered bus from Yokohama station to Fujisan YMCA

Participation fee

84,304 JPY (Participants from outside Japan)

 

Participation Fee Includes:

  • Accommodation
  • Meals during the program
  • Transportation from Yokohama Station to Fujisan YMCA Global Eco Village
  • Program activities

Participation Fee Does Not Include:

  • International airfare
  • Travel insurance
  • Transportation costs to and from Yokohama Station
  • Visa-related expenses (if applicable)
  • Personal expenses

Language

The program will be conducted in Japanese, but we will provide support in English.

International Volunteers

Accomodation and Meals

Accomodation and Meals during the program will be provided by Fujisan YMCA

 

Important Notes

  • If you require Halal meals, vegetarian meals, or have any food allergies, please inform the YMCA in advance.
  • Participants are responsible for their own travel expenses and travel insurance.
  • Participants will share a bus and accommodation rooms with other participants from Japan.
  • If you require airport pick-up/drop-off services or assistance with travel arrangements in Japan before or after the program, please contact us separately.

 

Application

For international participants, applications should be coordinated through the local YMCA.

We  encourage participating YMCAs to provide a staff member or group leader to accompany their participants whenever possible.
