Dear YMCA members,
Thank you for your continued support to the YMCA. We would like to inform you that we were notified that one of the personnel working at the YMCA Language School was tested and diagnosed as positive for COVID-19. The Health and Welfare Division of the Ward Office reported the results to us after an investigation was conducted by all related organizations which included the Health and Welfare Division of the Ward Office. It was determined that no one relevant was indeed in close contact with the person concerned. We have been taking infection prevention measures, such as wearing masks, operating daily disinfections, keeping ventilation by keeping doors and windows open or operating purifiers, etc. However, in case you or your family are showing any symptoms, we recommend you to go to a clinic immediately for prevention purposes.
We would like to ask for your understanding that we shall refrain from publicizing the name, the class, action history, etc. of the specific person in consideration to protect the person’s privacy and human rights. We shall continue work hard to prevent infections for the sake of every single person’s health and to protect the rights of every individual. And last but not least, we pray for the person’s quick and full recovery.
