We found out that there was an error in the lunch order form for October.

As the school will be closed on Tue, October 22 due to the Enthronement Ceremony, no lunch order is applied.

The form has already been corrected.

As for those who have filled in the form, we shall edit it.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this might cause you.

The deadline of the extended child care application for September is Friday, August 30th.

If you haven't hand in the application form, please make sure to distribute by Friday.

Online application is also available.

Please check if a confirmation mail is sent to you after your application.

In case you don't get any confirmation mail, please try again as the application is not processed properly.

Dear YGK parents,

We will have a special PE lesson and swimming lesson.  As this is part of the school activities, everyone is supposed to participate.  Please check below.

We would like to inform you that we shall start an online lunch order system.  Paper order form is applicable for the time being.

Please check below for further details.  If you have any questions, please contact the school administration.

1. Access Parents’ Only Page on YGK website.

• https://language.yokohamaymca.org/ygk/member/
• The password has been given to you at the beginning of the school year.

2. Open the order form via google forms, fill the necessary things and send it.

• You cannot order after the deadline regardless of the reasons.
• Please note that the order form is different per class.
• Please check if you have received the confirmation mail after you send the order.

3. The amount will be transferred from your registered bank on the following month of the deadline.

We are going to have the police headquarters visit tomorrow morning.

Due to the visit schedule, we need to leave the YMCA at 9:25.

Please make sure to have your children use the bathroom and drop them off by 9:15.
