Christmas Concert
Dear Parents and Guardians,
There are two more days till Christmas Concert.
We would like to inform you about the meeting time etc.
The chapel will open at 9:15.
We have the priority seats for the performing class' parents, up to 2 people, in the front.
We appreciate your kind cooperation for the smooth transition.
The classroom door will open at 9:15.
Please make sure to drop off your child by 9:25 at latest.
The concert will start at 9:40 in the chapel.
Things to bring
Drink bottle
-Please make sure to bring home all of their belongings, including their indoor shoes tomorrow.
-They don't have to wear their normal YGK t-shirt or sweat shirt.
-We will dismiss at the chapel after the talent show. Please make sure to bring all your belongings with you.
-You can use the room 905 as the waiting room for the talent show. When there are many users, please share with others. Thank you for your cooperation.
-As Japanese class students are having class on the same floor, we will close the doors during the concert.
